Cancellation Policy: Registration fee will be refunded (minus a 25% processing fee) provided written cancellation is received no later than April 26, 2018. Liberty Hotel reservations may be cancelled directly with the Hotel up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

If booking your room(s) at the Liberty Hotel, please provide your check-in and check-out dates below. The Liberty Hotel will contact you directly via email to confirm booking. The rate is $199/night plus applicable taxes/fees. Rate applies to stays from May 3 – May 8, 2018. Booking must occur by April 3, 2018 to secure the discounted $199 rate.
